Connecting to other accounts in order to retrieve photos to print can be a pain. For instance, pictures stored on my Google Photos often do not upload 50% of the time, making it annoyingly irritating. Not sure if this is an app issue, but the version I have is up to date. Otherwise, the app itself is easy to use and quite handy without all the technical glitches.

So I was a little anxious looking at the reviews of this app but I decided to take a chance and get it for my mom's birthday. She loves it! The UI is very beginner friendly and she's had no problems with the printer not connecting or not printing. The collage and editing options leave plenty of room for personalisation. Definitely a better choice for people who are not very tech savvy people than the Xiaomi photo printer which uses the company's general smart home app.

Works as expected. Simple and easy to use. I like it overall. Sometimes google photos don't load, not sure why, but it's a small issue that often resolves itself.

Bought this printer for my daughter for Christmas, I loved it so much bought myself one in March. It was working great loved all the features in the app. Went to go and print something today and the app just stays frozen. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it still nothing. The printer is useless without the app. Very frustrated.

Absolutely love this. I've had no trouble connecting to the printer and there are edit options as well as filters if needed. I use this a lot for my diary entries, never had any problems and refilling the paper is super simple too!

app isn't working. it is constantly trying to load my pictures, which hasn't been an issue before. now I can't get past the circle loading to even print anything.
