the technical parts of the app worked fine as did the scan equipment my teeth have been gradually changing (im 9 months in) but ive had late scans occasionally which usually is fine but apparently this one was too late and theyve dropped me because of inactivity without telling me?? guess ill just keep going till im through as the feedback on scans is a lot of nothing its just them telling you to move on to the next set if it fits or wait until it fits

I like it, it works for what you need it to, although they are slow at times when reviewing the scans also the scans can be hard to take at times because the positions they have you take them in, but it is not that bad (atleast its not in my opinion), a big pluse is there's little to no ads which is always nice. Im giving 4 stars because I think the scan revewing prosses could be faster.

Depending on your phone this is either ok, or it's absolute garbage. You can't have multiple users in the same app install. I have one family member it works ok, never had scans rejected. The other family member it's super frustrating because the scan boxes (tried 2 different designs) don't work well with the other phones we have. For as much as this costs, provide a scanner instead of relying on random phones.

This service is incompatible with a Pixel 6 Pro. The ScanBox interferes with the camera aperture and the app is incapable of correcting this via software (Enable zoom, manual camera control/camera selection, etc). Customer service doesn't care about correcting this from either a software or a hardware standpoint, instead advising to watch the demo videos more because apparently that somehow corrects a design flaw? Get Invisalign instead, don't waste your money

The app is easy to use. It shows you a video of your progress after a few scans ( I just noticed this today after my scan to get to the next stage. Getting to customer service is also easy. The app has been really consistent, and I've had no user interface glitches. Overall, my experience has been great. I will update when I am done with treatments.

Easy to use, works great - this app is paired with using Candid aligners. It is easy to use and contains copious instructions on how to use the scan box to take photographs of your teeth. It still allows you to use your phone while it is clipped into the phone box and takes into account that your hands will be full. I really enjoying seeing the photographic documentation of how my teeth are shifting and there's a chat function in case I have questions.
