For a company who's customers are solely online, their app, as well as their website is horrible. I've steered people away from them for this sole reason. The app doesn't even work anymore, and good luck getting a quick response even calling in. The after-the-sale experience is one of the worst I've seen, starting with this app

This is a garbage app from a garbage company. The app is a cheap wrapper of the website, but with less functionality. Screens don't load, and the app crashes routinely. Like the rest of Candid's support staff, their app support is worthless and uninformed. Don't waste your time.

Prior to an update, I could view my 3D model. Now I can't, which is sad because I'd like to see how my next aligner will move my teeth and also jump to the end and how they will look once treatment is completed. Now all this app is good for is seeing when to change aligners. However it could be even better if it notified me the day I need to change aligners. As of now, I have to manually go into the app and confirm that I did change aligners.

After the last month for your treatment plan, the app completely remove you from its database, and you can no longer see the 3d xray of your treatment.

I only use the app to order new retainers now and even that is a glitchy mess. I have to say when my treatment start date was every time I log in. The "Buy Retainers" button only works after about three attempts. Meanwhile, I get transported all over the page after each attempt and for some reason my keyboard opens????? Thank the Lord I didn't need this app for my treatment.

This app was great until the photo phase, the video stalls out and won't play properly and you can't get to taking the requested photos unless you watch the video. I understand watching it once, but you can't get to the resubmission of photos. Frustrating.
