Great idea for an app and very handy from a great company. One thing I've noticed is it doesn't play well with dark mode as the numbers are hidden and it's not obvious which box you've selected. If that could be fixed and maybe some sort of built in calendar / notification system this would be 5 stars.

Hi All this is our first app and it has alot of great features like a test strip reader that will tell you how much chemical to add to correct your water chemistry. even if you dont have one of our models you can toggle in you spa capcity. quick links to our service portal and Backgarden delivery form. Dont forget to set your country is the intial settings. enjoy and send us your feedback

The new setup guide is basically non existent in dark mode. As your text is set to black and not automatic, it will not change to white when phone dark mode is permanently activated.. the pictures and text are the same colour as the black dark mode background lol

Good app but only really suitable for Canadian Spa test strips. Most test strips use a shade of purple to indicate chlorine, but Canadian Spa use green! To get around the colour problem you have to input numeric values.

Totally useless. Not good for anything except their products. Nothing on there to help you with dosage. Nothing on there to help you troubleshoot. And this is the best rated one?

Works great! Does exactly what it says it does. You can even use the manual feature to use it with generic products as well. Great app!
