App is terrible now. Since last update sign in fails. Deleting cache and data, resigning in again fixes it for a few app loads but then goes right back to login issues. Update: when launching the app it never connects to the camera. If you force close the app and relaunch it it connects right away. Every time.

it was great at first but now no recents show up and capture or anything. everything has to be live. it doesn't even send me a notification for if there is movement or sound. it used to capture everything. every time there was a movement. now absolutely nothing. fix this please. I'm at work full time and would love to see how my baby was treated throughout the day.

*I followed the suggestion given by the developer and it fixed the issue for elas than a week. I'm not going to factory reset every three days, that's ridiculous. Original review which still applies: The app is no longer recording events. I will get a notification that there is movement or sound detected on one of my monitors, and then when I try to view it, there is nothing under recent events at all

In general the monitor is pretty bad. It constantly unpairs from the camera. I'm kind of confused though because you need the Internet for this device. It's not a standalone system. So if the camera is connected to the Internet and the monitor is....why do I have to get the monitor close to the camera to see it? The app is garbage. I never use it because I can't. Just shows a buffering circle the whole time. Dim mode very poorly implemented. Upper portion of screen still is bright.

Update: Why can't you zoom in on the app? I know you can pinch zoom, but that doesn't zoom the actual camera like you can from the home unit or whatever it's called. You can pan and tilt the actual camera, but not zoom. Doesn't make sense. The app is as horrible as night mode on the camera. The moral of the story is that both are completely useless.

You can't adjust volume on the white noise. It used to be that you'd have to shut off the noise and then restart it but that isn't working anymore either. Seems stuck at full volume. There isn't any event recording happening which I hate. I refuse to get in contact with you when the problem is simply that the volume of the machine will not change when using the app.
