This app doesn't deserve such bad reviews, or maybe it's improved a lot recently. The app works better than the monitor for speed of playback, quality, push to talk, and controlling the cameras digital zoom/looking around. I can control the music/sounds and do almost everything that the monitor does. Haven't had any major connection issues yet. I'm pretty happy so far

The app unfortunately is so slow and takes too long to register the function that you enter. Above that, I often get notifications that it can't connect to the camera and that I need to sign back in - Yet I'm already signed in? Ridiculously confusing. I end up having to delete the app and reinstall it which is highly frustrating. Glad the camera has the capability to stream on your phone but it needs a lot of improvement. The display screen that the camera comes with works better.

I love this app for the monitor. It's great to see our baby any time we need without using the screen. However, it keeps disconnecting and signing me out. I've had to uninstall the app at least twice just to sign in again, and sometimes it will just not connect to the camera at all. Please fix!

App works good sometimes. Every time I go into the app and it says cameras are not connected. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, logged in and out, reset my cameras and nothing has worked. Super annoying that I have to manually search for the cameras for them to eventually get picked up again 😒

Good to be able to use the phone to monitor baby, but find the interface really slow. Having an issue right now where it said that I had been logged out and then I couldn't log back in and just got a white screen.

Love the app so the whole family can check bub easily enough on their own phones. However I am worried about someone hacking my account login details and gaining access to my baby's camera. This could be rectified by listing devices who have logged into my account to see if I approve them or not.
