The app actually works better than the main unit itself which isn't saying much. This whole setup struggles to stay connected online and it's so frustrating. This app does not work at all on my tablet, it just completely shuts down everytime. Everything about this app could be improved.

This device is great but the app keeps giving me problems, it use to sign me off alot but now it hasn't even wanted to connect for the past 2 days. It works on my monitor but barely through the app, I don't understand.

Parent unit will no longer connect, all notifications and alerts have stopped. What good is this product I would like to try a free replacement, or take this one out back behind the barn if ya know what I'm sayin

The QR code is too small for my camera to focus (I have to get too close to the screen). App is therefore useless.

Works better than the babypro app. This one actually let me log in and access my kids camera. No clue why one app wont work on 2 of the same phones but oh well
