Doesn't work on Android devices. On Samsung Galaxy Note 10 (and Note 8), I was able to launch the app and connect to the controller via Bluetooth and to set the WiFi connection. It did, however, present a warning that the app isn't Android 10 compatible. At first, it still worked brilliantly...until the phone put the app to sleep while in the background. Now the app, even newly installed on other devices, presents the Android 10 warning then crashes.

The app is super glitchy. Drops BT connection easily. Says it is connected to my WiFi network but isn't. Can't update firmware. No alarms for target temps. I've searched all the forums, etc. seems like this is the standard experience. Whoever at CampChef was responsible for this app/comm hardware should be fired. The grill itself works fine. You just need to go out and buy a remote temp unit like a ThermaPro.

It's ok. What it really could use is an audible alarm when the meat reaches temperature on the meat probe. I would also suggest a timer function. Weird that it disconnects from bluetooth and wifi when you turn your screen off I love the fact that I can sit on my couch or go to the store while this thing is running, but without audible alarms it kind of handcuffs you to having to constantly look at the app defeating the purpose of the tech in the first place.

Mediocre. It works, but the app pics in Google Play show a timer. It's nowhere on my app. Also, this does give anaudible timer...if you have your notification sounds turned up. Would be nice to show a timer and a progress graph. Those are always great so you can see a visual plateau/stall in meat temp.

Does it's job! I have not had any problems connecting. It has some pretty useful features beyond just remote monitor/set. Getting a notice that the grill is up to temp while I'm prepping food is real convenient! I did find myself wanting a timer today, but there are enough other ways to set a timer. Thanks for dark mode!

Works well with one notable exception: if it slips out of bluetooth range for even a moment it will repeatedly demand to be re-paired. It should just reconnect and resume but instead keeps prompting and you can't ignore it for long before the app stops reporting status in a timely manner.
