Got to be the worst app ever. Doesn't even connect and app freezes constantly. Wish I hadn't even bought the glasses. Don't even know if it works on any other app

I used to give this thing a five but right now I'm giving it a bad rating just cuz the app crashes all the time you cannot download videos from the glasses to your phone and it will not play at all you have to use the cable to plug in the computer and that works fine

Having issues with the app freezing and being unresponsive. I'm using the Galaxy S8 so it's possible the current app version is not supportive of the new software but I'm not sure. I'm hoping there is a resolution to this
