Update 3: As with the other reviews I can't even open it now. Absolutely pathetic. Update 2: There has been a new update which seems to fix the authentication error. It's only been a week but I've updated the review to 3 stars. Update 1: The team in Italy emailed to say the UK team would contact me. They never did. I chased them and they said they'd call. Again, they never did. I hate this app so much. I've wasted £1.5k. It's embarrassing BPT Came won't spend money developing an app

The app doesn't work well. Your trigger for gate doesn't appear on the screen so I can't use app to open gate.Your technicians also can't fix the issue. I also can't open from wired panel, only remotes work. Came is the worst hardware you can buy stay away from the brand

Crashes continously. The devs are rubbish in keeping the app uptodate when android releases new update. Can't even open on latest android and s20. Update they say you have to agree to all the prompts which I have done. Still crashes RUBBISH

Very frustrated wit this app, there is no clear documentation on how to set it up properly. I cant even make it work. Not functional, not intuitive and doesnt work. Its a shame as the main purpose of this rype of app is to be able to use it remotely

It only works if set up without a password! How could I have guessed that? You told me to contact your support and I did, but got absolutely no response! Now I have some more problems: I can only "call" the doorbell (see its camera) sometimes, sometimes it doesn't work; When someone rings, sometimes my phone rings first, before the XTS 7 monitor, other times my wife's phone rings first, sometimes the monitor rings and the phones don't, sometimes NOTHING rings!; The monitor sometimes crashes and restarts after someone rings; Support appears to be non-existent. This is a very expensive product and it doesn't even appear to be production-ready! Absolute waste of money, very unreliable, avoid like the plague.

Absolutely terrible. Occasionally works but mostly doesn't which makes it completely unreliable as both a means to get in to your property and also as a way of remotely answering callers. Another great user experience is the monthly upgrading of their servers, during which the system is shut down and won't work at all giving us a 24 hour period where we can't get in to our property or answer callers. Do not buy this system.
