Worked for a while, then locked cam up with nothing responding or functional. Cam was red got until battery ran out. App just crashes now. Uninstalled and now won't reinstall

Doesn't work simply. Very disappointing, and not seeing any response from Cambox mentioning the plan to fix the camera and app. No option to update camera firmware even, as it needs lots of fixes. Stabilization simply doesn't work.

Followed instructions on how to update firmware. WiFi connectivity buggy. Randomly shuts down when/if app can connect. But records fine on manual button. Feeling like a very pubic beta. I guess I'm part of their development team now. Unpaid

Needs bugs fixed. Can view in app. But unable to record? Freezes up my phone. Also just makes my camera put on a solid blue light and it also freezes. Just got it. Please update.

App does not work. I can not use it on my mobile so no use with the Cambox V4Pro. Camera takes clear video but so far I have only managed about 30 minutes of recording each time I have used it. Also doesn't say in the manual how I can take single photos as shown on website. A lot of money for a very well designed camera with regards to safe use on a helmet but being very poor in actual performance for daily use.

How can you sell a €500 camera, that doesn't have a working App! Very disappointed, as though I understand the delay in distribution of the camera because of Covid19, I supported Cambox and waited from February until November to receive the camera, only to find the App doesn't work at all!
