Only used it for 5 minutes thus so far. This does not work with any VPN software active on the mobile, so that is disappointing. Did initially have an issue connecting due to my phone VPN reconnecting constantly; had to uninstall the VPN. Will update when I have used it extensively.

I have to agree with the other users, this app is horrendous. All buy unusable leaving the £200 I spent on the camera a total waste of money. Wouldn't work at all initially, returned it for diagnostic check got it back a week later, no explanation enclosed so I don't know if it was faulty or nothing was found wrong with it. Works slightly better doesn't tell me its active every 10mins anymore so I'm guessing latest software has been installed but I am totally disappointed with my purchase.

The app is poorly designed and does not hold the connection with the phone. Completely useless gash. Video playback shows the speed of the vehicle more than 7 seconds behind real time, so when you're stopped, the video shows you still doing '23 mph' – underdeveloped gash.

Poor app. Freezes then crashes when I try to edit video. Great camera but the app needs work.

Camera is OK, a little slow at picking up GPS signal. As for the app - this is horrendous! Very fiddly when going back through past recordings. You could be just scrolling and scrolling until you find the clip you want. Currently adding data to your video (speed, location etc) causes the app to completely crash and goes white on me. Unable to use the edit feature to trim video as it does the same thing and crash. If I'm honest it really is a terrible app and needs some serious work put in.

Not funtioning correctly. Only after 3 phone calls did the company admit a fault with this app! It continues to display an error code and drops the connection. I was informed that the developers were on it and it would take a week.......Three Weeks later still no sign of the update. To say It is not professional or just bad business to not inform customers could be interpreted as sharp practice. Any potential buyer of the Halo check what is happening before buying! So much for the no 1 dashcam.
