I have a Samsung Note 9. It won't open the teaching notes......... it used to work just fine with the previous version don't fix what is not broken if you don't understand the impact and the inconvenience that this update has created and not doing anything about it to fix it this new app was lunch some time in September 2019 to suppose fix bugs and it only created more and ever since then the new app needs to get the many bugs fix and yet nothing has happened to fix it..........!
