Does not allow you to find a parking location when you're more than five miles away. Also does not show Diamond Parking location in Kingston WA. Also, parking receipts do not show 6-digit location number. Was unable to extend my time through app. Good idea, but poor execution. Fail

Horribly insecure. The entire account is secured with only your phone number and a 6 digit numerical pin, and they want to store your credit card info protected only by this short easily hacked pin. This app is a huge data breech waiting to happen.

Check your credit card! Multiple charges from same day! 🤯😱Customer service is terrible! ☹️ All they do is rip you off and tell you they can't do anything. That and it's on Diamond Parking if anyone is to get a refund. Waiting two weeks and counting still nothing! 🙄 Contacted today 1/14/20 told to email Diamond as they still can't or won't do anything from Call to Park.Stay away from them along with all Diamond Parking lots! They just want your money nothing else!🤑🙄

They need a better way to find the lot on the app. The interactive map stinks. It's super-hard to find the location numbers, even on their website.
