Bad Experience, got confirmation call after 50 minutes after placing the order.. Till then just do not where my order gone, no SMS, no email for order confirmation.. Need so many improvement..

Worst delivery process,1st time when I order missing items are found on delivery & next time when I order through this app,they accept the order & calling for support that they need minimum 2 & half hour to deliver the food & I was ready to support them & not cancel the order & was waiting till 11'o clock night but after accepting the order they does not deliver the food, & finally when called their number I came to know that without inform to customer they already cancel the order. That type of unprofessionalism was really shocking for me, I won't be using this app anymore. You should really start looking at your customer service & support. Start owning up to your mistakes when there is so much competition in this place. At least you should retain the customer you have now.

UI is good . Just need to expand and start applying some offers . I m sure every person need some offers like first order 10%off and vice versa . You need to sponcer it effectively. When there is match on home ground just distribute pamphlets or place a advertisement near JRD stadium . Hope you got it. Good luck !!!
