Getting food at rush hour, getting food but you have no time to wait, getting food but there is no parking spot available, getting food but you don’t want to enter the restaurant or the coffee house or for any other reason, our mobile application can solve all these cases and provide the optimum solution for you in your hand or in you pocket and on your cellphone. Many countries around the world and in many different regions have drive thru spaces in many restaurants of coffee houses, in fact, most of them. These drive thru are in summary, spaces that enable drivers or any customer in a car to get his food without the need to get out of his car, however, these drive throes are not available in our country, Egypt, and it is not an easy project for restaurants and coffee houses to make in their different branches; which is because of lack of infrastructure in different areas, lack of space, and mainly the most important obstacle that prevents achieving this is lack of investment. No matter how big the restaurant is and how many branches it has, the word investment does not only refer to putting money a small space to make it a space for a drive thru, the investment here means the need of putting the money in repairing infrastructure to even provide the space the is later to be a drive thru. However, this mobile application can solve all these problems without the need to make extra space for the drive thru and, therefor without the need to spend money at all to make it and it even makes it easier for customers and also for the owners of different restaurants and coffee houses.
What this application will be doing in brief is that a user can order food or drink in his way to the restaurant or the coffee house with him knowing how long the restaurant take to make each dish or each drink to guarantee that he will get his order as fresh as he wants. Then, the customer will take order from the restaurant without the need to enter. An employee from the restaurant will wait for him outside to give his food and get him the receipt. Actually, the user of this application to have the ability to find the nearest restaurants or coffee houses near him, in case if he is in a new area that he does not know will and does not know the food or drinks places in that area. So simply, the user experience is that after that user logs in in this mobile application, a map with the user location in it will appear and on that map food and drinks vendors near him will appear, also there will be a search tap to enable him to look for a specific restaurant or a coffee house that he knows. After choosing a specific food vendor, the menu of that food vendor will appear to enable the user to choose what he wants to order. There will also be a tap for special offers offered for customers from food and coffee vendors which enables the user to be able to not miss any offer.
