Completely, thoroughly and utterly useless. I downloaded the app for my extended stays in the UK. I am there for a couple of weeks at a time for business. But the app will not work in the UK, and you cannot download the UK app with an US phone. The only stores in the US are in MA and CT from what I can see. So don't bother downloading unless you live in MA or CT. Maybe one day the apps will be compatible across the pond.

Imagine my surprise AFTER loading the minimum $25 to this ridiculous app that you CAN'T order ahead through the app. which means that I still have to make the absurdly long line just to tap on the glitchy app when I could have very well used my debit card. What's more is that unless I can spend EXACTLY $25, this app is going to keep my money forever. 0 stars. It's worse than useless. Starbucks and Dunkin both have better apps. Maybe the developers can take a few notes.

Downloaded it, loaded money.. But then told that this is only a US version and that they don't accept it in the UK. But can't find a UK version anywhere. This whole thing has detoured me from even wanting to go there. What's the point in offering an incentive to visit your company and making it so it doesn't work properly. Plus side. The company refunded the money no problem.

Can't use any promo codes, can't keep my old stamp card, can't really use it at all. The QR code is not even functional.

This app needs to be updated for Android. I have a virtual giftcard and can't use it because the app makes the QR all distorted and blurry.
