Decent app, but several bugs. There have been multiple times I add items to my cart and as I'm completing the check out process, it crashes and I lose the whole order and have to start over. Also, there is a current promo going on for the new Power Bowl, but every time I try to add it to my cart, I receive the error, "This item does not exist." I made sure my app was up to date and cleared the cache. Can't redeem an offer if the item can't even be added to the cart!

much improved! easier to order. for some reason I can't get the "I'm here" button to work (tried with two different orders). it works on my husband's iPhone, not my android. Mentioning in case it's a pattern for other people as well. Anyway, glad to be able to earn points at my favorite restaurant now. loving how easy it is to use promotions.

Vastly prefer this to the previous app, the design and user interface is cleaner and ordering is easier, with the old app I had a few issues with orders not submitting and glitchung out. Only major complaint I have is less from the app and moreso for general customer experience - I had a poor experience at a location was given a credit in my account, but had no idea that the credit would expire as there was no expiration date that was listed.

Easy enough to use the app. Took one star away for problems with clicking the "I'm here" button when I arrived at the store for curbside pick up. I got a text that my order was ready but the button wouldn't work. I went in and my order was there, and ready and behind the counter for curbside pickup. Not sure if that was an app prob or a store problem. Other than that, again, easy to use app, easy to make meal customizations, easy check out, easy to apply rewards.

This app can be a bit frustrating. There are free items that you can redeem in your cart but it will always tell you it's unable to add them. Also, if you tap 'I'm here' for a curbside order, the restaurant will not get the message. So, you want to use the app because there are bonuses and free items but you'll be frustrated in the end using it

I'm so grateful Zupas finally has a loyalty app! It's so easy to take advantage of special offers when you order on the app. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it once didn't work in store for adding rewards and I could not find anywhere to manually add missed points with a receipt. I use that feature for other restaurants from time to time. I emailed the help desk about it and never saw a response. Overall, the app is easy and convenient.
