Poor app and poor service to match. The app is quite clunky, e.g. it has no real time updates like Uber so you have no idea where your cab is. Mine arrived 20 minutes late. The app said it would be a black Renault, but a blue Peugeot turned up. Called the office after 10 minutes delay and got the classic "he's just turning into your road". Took another 10 minutes for him to arrive, which is 9m30s longer than it should have been. Presumably he was ditching the Renault for a Peugeot. ;) I got an Uber in the way home. Real time updates, the car turned up on time and was the actual car I'd booked. Am deleting the Lynch app. Their service is rubbish.

I've used this app numerous times. Unfortunately the number of times the taxi hasn't turned up is ridiculous. Last time I had to phone the company, who denied they had an app.
