Worst app ever, booked a car, driver stoped 100 m from the place booked, walked there 1 min and i found out that the man who is already packing the bag in a car was faster than me, liKE WHAT? Then u need to call the customer service to cancel because you are not able to book another car. After the cat takes that man to his place, the driver comes back for you like in 10-15min. Big NO

The app doesn't work, we booked a trip and in the app it said that the car will arrive in 10 minutes, but it never showed up. We called customer service and they said that the trip was cancelled and offered to book another one which would arrive in a half an hour... No thanks!

You only find out the arrival time of the car after confirming the order. If the wait is too long (it very often is) you have to go through a very cumbersome cancellation over the phone!
