Stupidly made an airport booking with this app and didn't call to confirm. Phone operator barely spoke English and was totally confused when I called to find out where our cab was. Apparently you need to call the cab company, even after you confirm the booking through the app or chances are your cab won't show up.

Very bad website, non existent. customer support, unreliable! Do yourself a favor and use another Cab Booking app

As above. Thought I'd booked a car from the airport after a very early morning flight. Got booking confirmation screen. No taxi at Gatwick. Called the company I thought I'd booked with and they said bookings don't always come through and you have to call to confirm. They couldn't find me a car so am now on a train. Won't use this app again.

I tried few times, twice from airport...never got a cab...if you just need a cab, don't waste your time here. You will never get it.
