The overall experience is great. The cars are well maintained and the prices are competitive as well. There is some room for improvement in the software side, would prefer if the app was a bit more user friendly and also had a web version. Would recommend this over Ola or Uber.

Booking experience was ok. Scheduled a ride and driver came on time. In cab experience was good & vehicle was also great. However, when the ride ended and the time for payment came, I tried doing online which didn't go through or atleast on the app it showed as failed and asked me to pay cash. However, the amount got deducted from my amazon wallet. Apart from email, there is no way to contact these folks. All number mentioned goes ringing and Noone picks or calls back. Awaiting ur revert.

App has improved a lot, and so is the experience. We'll maintained cabs, and well behaved drivers. Still room for improvements in app. Unable to track vehicle once booked. Customer service is simply non existent.

Being a regular user still giving 2 rating because of recent experience at Mumbai airport. Booking was confirmed and driver was allocated. When I called driver, he mentioned that cab cannot come in the parking of airport, I have to come out on road else asked me to cancel the booking. I informed that I will pay parking fees which I do everytime, still he didn't agreed and I have to cancel the booking The cuatomer care number do not work. Have to strat looking for other alternatives now.

You need to improve the cab movement tracking more dynamic and better as compared to uber. And if you press back, u can't navigate to tracking again, nor even reply or cancel or call the cab driver. It's bad UI

Good cabs. Great pricing. Some good drivers. Third rate customer service - they do not even pick up customer calls. And do not load money in their wallet - they will neither refund it nor act appropriately the wallet malfunctions and you are not able to make a payment out of the same
