Please sort this app out. It takes a booking and used to send a text
confirmation but never does now. Also when you look in the upcoming rides
section booked trips never appear. On calling the office they have got the
booking so why is it not shown. On occasion when the bookings used to be
shown they would dissappear and on ringing the office was told they were
“too busy!” no message sent to say that though! Please make sure rides are
confirmed or otherwise. If they are too busy should be shown before booking
completed.
