After logging in the app crashes when trying to select a CAA route. Reinstalling does not make any difference

Don't waist your time. Just like the CAA road side assistance for automobiles app it's useless. You can't put your membership to register. You would think that by now after all the bad reviews someone could do a repair on this app. Nice going CAA!! 😠

Impossible to register, impossible to link to my CAA account, impossible to "reset password". This is one of the most useless apps I've ever tried.

The CAA Ontario Bike Assist App allows users’ access to Routes - scenic and popular trails selected by CAA and the ability to track and save your favorite Rides. Whether you are just starting or an experienced rider looking for new challenges, let the Bike Assist App help you meet your fitness goals.

The updated CAA Bike Assist App features –

Routes – with over 40 routes and trails selected by CAA’s own Mapping and Research Specialists, such as the Waterfront Trail which runs alongside both Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. Ability to sort routes alphabetically or by distance or by difficulty.

Rides – creating your own unique ride is as easy as getting on your bike and hitting start. You can also keep track of stats like distance, speed and approximate calories burned!. Challenge yourself and track your progress.

Bike Assist functionality – quick dial option to contact a CAA representative for emergency roadside Bike Assist. This functionality is available to CAA members only.


Note –
Users of previous versions are required to create a new account (username/password ) for the App. Existing CAASCO myCAASCO accounts can log in via the myCAASCO accounts.
The Bike Assist App depends on GPS to record information. If your GPS does not work properly the App will not be able to save information.
