The new app is an improvement on the old c2c app. However, the crucial failing is that the advertised "load your ticket by NFC on your smartphone" has failed. Both for me and friend. So I'm now in limbo with a paid for ticket I cannot use. I was advised to contact customer services by email to sort out. Their service standard is 20 "working days" to reply. So looks like I'll need to buy paper tickets and then argue about the refund.... #POOR

Terrible unreliable app. Navigation is appalling. Buying tickets for a smart card is almost impossible. Don't you get normal people to test your app before releasing it? Your website is the same. Rubbish.

Great App - following a recent update it keeps you logged in. No complaints.

Easy to purchase and let as tickets to my smart card. Gives me fare for journey and asks if I wish to use my points. Can pre buy up to four tickets.

It's ok but hard to move around on the app and seems not to have a home page not very good.

What is an open return when buying a travel card London zones 1-6? If I want to go on the 07/08, and return on the 08/08, will an open return cover this?
