I just don't get it, why it always said "something went wrong" everytime i opened this application. Find out that more reviews mention the same thing proofs that it is wrong with your application and you must fixed it or you loose your customers. I rely on the application for topup etc but if i need to uninstall and reinstall it for using, it just wasting time. Please fixed it. Don't reply if i need to check my network because im using your network and i always update the application as well.

*Something went wrong*.. Nah. Let me correct this sentence: "Everything's just wrong". First things first, all your customers who uses your services are relying on this very app. And guess what? This app never allow me to open, it says "something went wrong", but no explanation at all "what's wrong" and "until when", rather it suggest us to reload the page. Actually, I don't have any problem with the speed. Perhaps you could allow us to access reddit site. However, just fix your app first!

Hi by.u team! The signals provider is pretty good and also the package that you guys offered yet the disappointed thing is every time i tried to open the app, it took 30 almost 1 hour straight to let me in. Mostly the app told me that ive lost connection/the app still recovery. Its soooo uncomfortable, please fix it soon. Thank you!!

The reason i use by.U is because the package are flexible (1 hour, 3 hour, etc). But now, the flexible package i mention is now gone. I lost the reason why i use by.U as my internet provider, might change to another provider. I dont have any problem with the services

So far so good, hopefully the stars will be 5 if the quality after a month using this provider and app! *Updates! After a month the packages choices was really great. You can choose any packages that fits with ur budget. Even though the speed not as fast as other tsel providers, but it worth because the price of the packages

With all the update it makes the app slow and there's common problem of "something went wrong" when opening the app and need to restart the phone. And today could make any purchases because the app won't take me to the payment windows it annoys me. If this problem keep happening it's better to just move to another provider👎
