it's a good app. But you still have a few bugs you need to fix. 1. I elected to pay by card and money was deducted from my Ybank also which means I paid twice for my ride. 2. when I elect to pay using Ybank the app doesn't deduct the amount for the ride. Is it not automated? I send money to my number which now says I have double the amount in my Ybank. This a bug I think. You shouldn't be able to do that, if so the balance should reflect the correct amount. I want to support, but really worried.

Worst service EVER... Was so excited to support and even more excited about the prices and decided to give it a try and not once but 3 times no difference. 1st request driver picked up and the trip commenced whilst I was still waiting for a cab and I was billed for a trip that I never took. 2nd time the driver asked me to cancel as he was 35mins away from my pick up location😡. 3rd and last time a guy named Shadrack picked up but a different car driven by a different driver came to pick me up.

Do not waste your time downloading this the service is horrible .... I waited a whole flipin hour for one ride ONE ride .. They will show you why it is cheap , because the service is beyond cheap . Rather stay with Taxify and Uber they give the best service !

Driver started to the apparently 10:39 But I didn't yet download the app at that time Driver started and completed the trip without reaching the pick up point The trip never happen but now it's showing I have to pay first for a trip that never happen bad service it's sucks

this app sucks first impressions count I am not impressed as a 1st time user firstly the 1st cab I requested cancelled on me because he couldn't reach my destination. Secondly the 2nd driver took his sweet ass time so I left didn't use your driver yet now I'm sitting with charge for a service I didn't even use

I can't even open the app for one week without it always asking me to update to a newer version, then kicking me out of the app. Trashy app!I I haven't even been able to book one ride because of this I'll stick with taxify, even though it's R6 more expensive.
