The app is very slow plus i have to uninstall and then install it again for clicking on ride requests.. I don't know why it happens plus the offline mode doesn't work properly whenever i click on "manzil" it doesn't work.. same like ride requests

Glitchy and very slow app.. tried registering my vehicle, after uploading 4 photos, the app says there is a problem and try again، and all previously uploaded photos are vanished ۔ no option to save and continue۔ you have to start from scratch each time۔ happened this 5 times then I uninstalled this useless app

It's not good,,,there are issues to login in the app and there is no good benefits for the riders ,if the customer use slang language and if the behavior isn't good,they don't take any action۔ ,,,one of customer use very bad language for me.for bykea the riders behavior matter rather than the bad customers . And I installed it again it's not signing in.

1st, very poor interface 2nd rides notifications are delayed, very low acceptance rate even on lowest fare. Always having dialogue boxes like: (1) ride taken by other partner (2) your offer wasn't accepted (3) customer Cancelled (4) you can't offer your fare right now (5) loading and no response. 3rd, language cannot be changed to English, it is always Urdu. 4th, you cannot report or delete ride requests. Same ride requests poping up again and again, frustrating. 5th, fare not jusified.

Even if it is not your fault bykea still takes commission from you. For example I took a ride and went to pick up a customer. When I arrived and called the customer he told me that he had hired an offline rider and no longer needs me. I tell him to cancel the ride but he wouldn't do it and when I cancel it bykea charges me commission. Where is the Justice in that😠😠😠???

Not a rider Friendly app, all benefits to the customer, Petrol prices are on peak and everyone on the app never pays above 15km/l. And wheather you cancel or either the customer cancels the ride they cut it from both sides. When you report it they say they reversed it but idk where it goes Revered in their own wallet lol?
