App interface is poorly designed, including difficulty in selecting the pickup and drop off locations and unsolicited ad popups. Driver quality widely varies: some are good but others cancel after you wait patiently for them or fail to come to the correct location. One driver ran out of gas halfway through the ride, so I had to walk on the highway to get to my destination.

A great app. However, it needs improvement, especially in its u.i, as it can be confusing for new and older people. They should also show the distance of the driver when bargaining as often you would get drivers who are far away.

After the new update of bid too low. It's useless now. If the rider is comfortable with traveling in the minimum fare then why showing the bid too low Option even on the prices that are quite fine. Not usefull for customer anymore

It's a good app for travel. What's disappointing is that you are using women in indecent clothes as advertisement, that too on the main app when you open up. I believe as Muslims we should reflect on this, we can use better ways to promote and advertise than this. I hope you can take this advice, apart from this the app is great

The most pathetic app and helpline ever. Their app literally is the suckish app ever. Doesn't recognize the right pick up location added. Gets multiple rides scheduled simultaneously. Their riders will then bug you like hell. They will constantly call you on WhatsApp even after you've told them that you have cancelled the ride. Then you call at their helpline and press the relevant buttons to talk to a representive but no, they will keep their gibberish going. Not using it ever now.

Worst experience ever! The first time I used their rickshaw service and the rider didn't bother to update/turn on his location so that we could track him. Called rider on his personal phone number and he still didn't bother to update his location so that he could be tracked. Pathetic experience I had at the very first use of this app. I wish I couldn't even give them a 1 star.
