The app is cool, but they still need to fix some things. 1. I keep seeing ads while the app is loading my profile. The developers should init the ads only after the login, if the user account is not premium. This is very annoying, please fix that since I paid to hide ads. 2. I don't want to login every single time I open the app. You should store the user session. 3. There are many parts of the app where strings are not translated. You should fully translate the app. 4. Improve the UI

In theory this has the features that I can't find elsewhere but in practice it's unusable. It took 5 minutes just to figure out and meet the sign in requirements. Simple things like picking an icon are next to impossible because they're all grayed out unless you click on each one of them. I finally got where I wanted to be, tracking my pets eating, but then realized some of the buttons are in Japanese, and I can't adjust it to a US date format, so I'm not wasting anymore time on this app.

It doesn't go past the check your ID availability. Even though my ID is available for registration it keeps giving he same error message... Update: check ID, nickname and email availability before you press submit during registration. Their customer service team is very responsive and helpful

I like the app, its very clean looking and easy to use. There is room for improvements. Wish there was option to make list of food in foodbox. And place to keep records of dental history that allows to attach picture.

A good idea for an app, i had faith in it before downloading. The English in the app isn't very good, which makes it confusing to use. Plus, the app freezes. I do love the little icons for the cats and dogs though. Very cute!

Edited: Customer support on this app is wonderful! I reached out to them, and helped resolve my issue within a day. Now that I've explored the app further, I now see there are so many helpful features to keep track of for your pet. I was really going to use it as a "remind me" but there are too many features to not explore! Original: I would love to use this app, but the push notification button is useless. I've tried multiple tests, but all of then have not given me a push notification.
