The app itself crashes, reloads infinitely, needs reinstallation upon every use. It's very outdated and limited. Compared to the money you receive as a company, you'd expect at least a working app. I believe a tech student with a little bit experience in graphic design would do a better job at creating and sustaining the app. I suggest you add the timetables for each transportation vehicle, station codes and start looking at feedback from other users, as I see many are unsatisfied.

I think that with the amount of money you have from ticket sales (for our standard), the citizens of Belgrade deserve to have a decent application, without any bugs. Fix the app Thank you

Application work good, except every moment, everyday in the past two week, you must download again and again if you want to see where is your bus, please fix that.

This app is terrible. It worked only a first couple of times. Besides many unforgettable bugs, it lacks one of the basics, list of the bus lines and how to get from A to B. Sure, it gives relatively precise position of the busses, which "unofficial" apps can not (since the whole system is not open based) but bragging about it is the only "official" app of the Belgrade tranait system is offensive at best.
