Extremely slow app. Takes a very long time to hail a taxi. Often the taxi selected is far away. Drivers cancel rides. It took me 50 minutes to get a taxi because first there was a long wait to get one, then a long ETA, then the driver cancelled and I had to call a new one and it took almost 10 minutes to find one. I could have walked there in shorter time. Currently trying to hail a cab and have waited over 10 minutes for it to find one. Unreliable, slow to the point of being useless. Does not allow for card payments in app, although you can request a taxi with a POS, who knows how long that would take.

Registration mail does not arrive, sms for forgotten password also does not arrive. Useless if you don't have a Bulgarian phone number

How in the world do you make where you cannot cancel orders? And taxi manager runs on the background of your phone. Please just being cheap and develop a functional application and a customer service that answers the emails .
