This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Hiking Trails No Ads on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

This application is the ad-free version of "Hiking Trails" app. Hiking Trails is an application that will help you plan your hiking trips, almost anywhere in the world.

With over 150,000 GPS tracks and points of interest, you can search for trails around you (when you're already in the country, and would like to know what hiking trails are nearby), or you can search for hiking trails near a town or country to help you plan your trip.

With OpenStreetMap's wonderful maps, you can view the route itinerary, and the main points of interest (POIs) around it. Once you have found a route of your choice, you can download it in KML format (so you can follow the track later with OruxMaps, Google Mytracks or any other GPS navigator), or you can save it in your favorites list, so you can consult it whenever you want.

★ Search for routes by place (city or country), to plan your trips.
★ Descriptive information of each route.

★ Possibility of sharing a path through WhatsApp (even for users who do not have the application installed).

★ List of favourites, to be able to recover the hiking routes that you like the most.
★ Comment on the maps, and have discussions about the peculiarities of each route (no need to be registered).
★ Location of your position on the map, with the degree of precision that the mobile phone provides at all times.

New features

This version fixes a number of bugs, while preparing the new version that incorporates the promised improvements. The main novelties are:
Fixed bug with downloading KML files.
Fixed search engine, now when you press "Go" or the "Search" button on the keyboard searches for any text. It is not necessary to click on the list of suggested cities or countries.
KMLs with tracks are saved in the "Downloads" folder.
