The team reached out an provided a refund and bonus credit to make up for the issues I experienced which was a pleasant surprise. However the software is still broken and the customer service is slow and inadequate at this point of time.

Incredibly fun!!!! Recently used the bunnies in Kelowna, BC. Downloading/installing the app was easy and it was simple to use. As for the scooters, they were higher quality than other scooters in town, which we tried as well. These actually have disk breaks to stop, while others use electric breaking and a rear wheel manual foot break. Seeing all the sights was made super simple as getting to point a to point b was quicker than walking and easier than biking.

Please fix the app to allow it to use multiple bikes at once. My family tried to ride together on one account and ended up losing money. I guess the app isnt built for multiple users, but it would be a great feature to add. I also hope we can somehow get a refund on the money that is still left on the account. It seems really fun, but unfortunately I didnt get to experience it as much :(

Not sure why other had issues with the app or the scooters. I loved it. Worked perfectly and was able to ride around Kelowna with ease. Got to see so much more of the city. I sent in a request for my deposit back and they refunded it right away. I wish they allow these Bunny Scooters in other BC cities.

My first ride was today and the scooter did not work. It kept braking by itself and not accelarating. The throttle worked randomly but not for long. Worked for up to a maximum of 10 seconds at a time. AND it's not just a dollar to start. It's $16. So that was misleading.

Well from the other reviews and the dates of those reviews, It appears as though Bunny Scooters has made some major updates. The app was easy to install, super easy to use and the scooter worked perfect. I had so much fun!!
