Downloaded app but just kept telling me to open door. Did nothing when I clicked on door. Kept telling me to refresh for keys as not allocated yet

I booked seven nights at West Sands and this app worked perfectly including booking venues or activities and a digital key which is built in. it was but lunchtime on the 6th day it stopped completely which means I could not order any food or takeaway I did complain and they said it was where I am using a different device which was not true it came active again in about 2hrs. If this app did not have any errors on last day would give 5 star.

Looks pretty but poorly executed. Have to register multiple times in the app. Doesn't follow android app guidelines. Information in the app doesn't refresh or is not accurate. Overall one of the worst apps I've ever used.
