Have you discontinued service in the Chicago area? If not, when will the app be repaired? I've always has great experiences with you and it is super frustrating to have been trying for three days to schedule a job but I can't use the app (it says "Sorry, we're not operating here yet" but I've been using this service since 2019). Customer service tried to help but can't find a driver three days in a row. What is up??

I had my first Bungii pick up today. Needed a queen bed, the box mattress and the frame, plus bedding all delivered to one place .Everything went well . Called Support with some questions and was cared for quickly and kindly.The driver, Jim ,was on time easy to work with and was gone in a flash! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ Thank you Bungii! (no more hunting around to find a friend with a truck!!)

I recently bought a chair and a couch. I have a small car and am only one person so I decided to give this a try to get some help. I scheduled a time and day. I thought I was golden but later received a text saying there were no available drivers. Hours later and they still have not found a driver. For $40 to go a few miles (if they even find a driver) I'll just rent a truck next time.

I have been trying to set up a pickup for 2 days now and this app is so convoluted that it keeps sending me back to the same questions over and over especially in the number of people you requested...if you 2 it assigns 2 trucks. It's like a merry-go-round. Even as you complete the form with the payment information you still can't complete the transaction.

Worked great for me! Had to come here and rate because I'm shocked I saw a couple bad reviews. The app was smooth and super easy to use, customer service communicated very well from the beginning, and the driver was super helpful, quick, and even picked up some additional things that luckily fit in his truck! Have only used it once, but great idea and very helpful!

Drivers got to the pick up spot early and even called me from their personal phone when the app dropped the order. Very helpful and even brought the item to the top floor for me!
