Using BlueStacks

Tried to submit a request for reimbursement of expenses 4 times, the system shuts you off; only the first time there was an error message, the next 3 times the system just crashes. No proper error messages, no info what`s going on in the system. UNUSABLE. Spend a good hour trying to figure out the problem - no result.

Overall good experience. There is one thing that should be fixed though : when you search for a medical center, while typing you can't see what you're typing because it's hidden by the menu.

Pathetic app. Registration is not working. I am in a dedlock- getting an already existing user error, while trying to register, but at the same time user not found when trying to login....

Crashes at random. Loosing connection. No caching of the froms. Extremely hard to book an examination with doctor.

Would've been better if the app was not crashing that often when trying to take pictures of reimbursement docs.

The mobile application B-Assist is free of charge and has been developed especially for clients of Bulstrad Life Vienna Insurance Group in Bulgaria.
Now the application is updated with extended functionality, which saves time and effort.

If you have active Health Care insurance, after successful registration in the application, you can do the following:

• Make an appointment for an online review.
• Submit online an application for reimbursement of expenses.
• Generate a virtual copy of your personal ID card to identify as a client with Health Care insurance at any time.
• Send requests for confirmation of highly specialized research.
• Obtain recent information about submitted insurance claims and services used.
• Use a map with tour partners-medical institutions from the Bulstrad Life Vienna Insurance Group network.
• Make inquiries referring to the coverage of your Health Care insurance.

Even in case, they don’t have Health Care insurance provided by Bulstrad Life, by using B-Assist the clients of Bulstrad Life can easily do the following:

• Buy online selected insurance products offered by Bulstrad Life.
• Pay online installments for long-term life insurances offered by Bulstrad Life.
• Send a notification of an insurance event (for insurance products other than "Health Care" insurance).
