I wish there was a way to track the delivery or some kind of notification that the postcards has arrived or been delivered to the destination.

I've been able to send one postcard and when i try to send photos it doesn't work... SO ANNOYING!;

Is there not a way for y'all to just send a plain old postcard? No logos on it, nothing else? Every time there's a picture, a logo, a color, or my name on it... The jail rejects it. I've sent like 15 postcards from y'all. All rejected. Ridiculous.
