The service itself is terrible because there is no follow through on communication and no effort from developers to improve their service. Their laundry partners are mostly inefficient with delays in response and delivery. Get laundry was good at the start but became so complacent and began to decline in quality.

UI/UX is not user-friendly. The referral code is also not working. When you recommend someone, you will not receive any credit.

Add payment screen is not working, all input fields are disabled. Geolocation always prompts that location services is not active...

Geolocation doesn't work and the local laundry places set one price in the menu and another in the title. Misleading.
