A lot of people seem to be having problems with their sockets. I found that if I hold the sockets button in for over 5 seconds it will clear it's memory. Then you can install it again with the the new wireless log in details. My issue is that the Android version of this app will not recognise the router. It automatically fills in the 7Up to my list of sockets. Once it is added I can operate it perfectly with the Android app. It's not the best solution but it does work

I have both SilverCrest and eWeLink devices and apps. eWeLink is noticeable faster to access when the app is started compared to this SilverCrest app,although both use same Wifi-network and concept. The logging phase in this is slow. (I dont hate this but you notice the improvement request better if.)
