The app is great...WHEN IT CONNECTS TO THE SERVER. It's been over 6 months now, and this thing still doesn't connect to the server from my Galaxy S9. Just got an update today; "bug fixes". The app is still useless at connecting to their server. It's garbage. Is anyone out there gonna fix this thing?

easy to order and everything works but i am unable to sign in. i enter my info and a window pops up and says "oops, could not connect to server" i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared data, and nothing works. worked fine when i first installed the app but I haven't been able to sign in in over a month so I just have to check out as a guest no matter what

I used the app over a year ago and it was jist fine. But within the paat few weeks, im not able to order! I try to login, and it'll say "oops couldn't connect to server" and then I'll trying just placing an order without signing in and it'll do the same thing. I got a new phone, have reinstalled it and itys still the same. The app is amazing when you it works, but its been like this for a few weeks, is someone going to fix this?

Placed an order for wings and an appetizer. I had a location and pickup time. Pickup time was almost 40 minutes later. When I got to restaurant, representative said that they didn't get order. What a complete waste of time, and a total letdown expecting food but receiving nothing. Uninstalling app after this. What a crappy experience.
