App doesn't offer different languages, would let me proceed until I rated it, company sent me a text 4 days in advance saying my plane was boarding (had to call and confirm because I dont want to pay for another ticket). The comments add up. Even the website sending the tickets via email was very vague, not much detail. I feel like I'm doing more work just to work with the site. Applications are made to be convenient - this is not.

Budget Travel app is the best. i've used over 20 flight apps that all claim to be the cheapest and it hasn't been true at all. Budget app finds not only the cheapest flights but the fastest and direct flights for less. I highly recommend the Budget Travel App. I fly international flights from San Francisco California to Manila Philippines and back every 6 months and can depend on the Budget Travel App. Also its simple to use and is user friendly. I give it 6 stars.

This is a fraud app...i have made a booking from this app my PNR is NTTYCO and reference no. BIN-2346000..my flight was cancelled by airline and they have already processed the refund but budget air is intentionally holding my refund amount from last 3months...i suggest everyone please dont use this app for any booking...

I used it four times during the last few months, was very surprised due to the very competitive prices and services. However be careful regarding some added charges if you are not reviewing how much you will be charged before accepting the payment

Flights are cheap. However, the apps keeps crashing and closing on it's own. I had a problem about cancelation and their contact number is so hard to reach. Their customer service via email is also not very helpful.
