App is stuck on loading page. Can't tap anything while it's loading. Error code -1000. The real BTS can't be used for 2 days without announcement in advance. Seems to be unreliable schedule for public transport :(

The 2 escalators @Taladplu station are only up, no down & no lift for more than 10 years! It's ever been complained several times! Please sympatize the passengers & change one to be up & one to be down to lessen the passengers' troublesome & heavy trolleys when dragging down the staircase! I understand that one belongs to the government & another belongs to BTS! In addition, I also understand quite well for the natural fortune belief that everyone prefer to have their asset to be up, not down!

App is very slow to update situations. There is no point installing this app if BTS' official Twitter is way faster on the news. 90% of notifications are also pointless and annoying. And there isn't an option for you to choose to receive only important notifcations about the train system. Since you can only either turn all notifications on or off, if you want the train system's news as notificatons, you will have to endure daily stupid and useless cringey garbage notifications.

Useless app. Not updated real time. Passengers don't get the real time information even the volume of people on the station. How we can prepare when the train has been late! This is important because BTS schedule has not been accurate, especially in the early morning!

App only in Thai language... Amazing to still see it in 2019 knowing that around 40 Mios people will visit Thailand this year and a big part of them will visit Bangkok... As it exist in many World Megapoles, for tourists a good BTS app in Bangkok would be very useful for them as BTS network is good and it's a very good and fast way to move through Bangkok... If you would do it perfect, you could even translate it in several languages...

Love the new features! Very useful for people who need to use BTS everyday (for calculating the time and costs) but the user interface could be better and languages are still very limited.
