Does not make pictures onto cartoons. Its just filters like the ones on pics art. Adds pop up for a few seconds when changing filters

FALSE advertising, DOESNT LOOK LILE NOTHING FROM THE AD, BTW STOLEN ART, SOME OF THE FEATURED "PICTURES" ARE ACTUAL DRAWING FROM ACTUAL PEOPLE.
