فكرة حلوة بس انا ك trster شفت فيه مشاكل كتير و غير انه صعب الاستخدام و خصوصا بالدخول لاول مرة و بس يطلب تغيير الباسوورد.. لازم تنزل لتحت حتى تقدر تعبي الحقول و ما بتقدر تعبي الحقل بس تأشر.. و فكرته انه معلق و غير انه بس تعمل رجوع.. بطلع منه كله

خطوة ممتازة لكن بده تطوير اكثر وهي بعض الملاحظات: - واجهات البرنامج باللغة العربية فيها اخطاء تقنية. - خيار الرجوع او كبسة الرجوع بعمل خروج للبرنامج كامل او لصفحة ادخال كلمة السر. - مافي خيار لتقديم ملاحظات على البرنامج او بشكل عام. - تكبير الصورة فيها مشكلة. - تصحيح أولوية البحث بحيث تكون للتخصص واسم الطبيب يكون اختياري. - تصحيح اسماء التخصصات باللغة العربية.

Very bad app, I don't think this app represented company like Al-Niser. When I open I see message to update the app then when I select updat go to store ro found no update there

About this app

Al-Nisr Al-Arabi Insurance Company offers to both its medical partners and customers a mobile application; allowing them to manage, use and fill medical authorizations provided by Al-Nisr Al-Arabi, as part of its medical insurance services.

No more filling forms and papers! All is done via a simple mobile interface customized for each type of users.

Everything starts with Insurance officers and HR officers managing the distribution of doctor visit authorizations via a back-end web-system.
Then, the process continues on the mobile:

1- DOCTORS AND HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS INTERFACE

-Doctors fill and submit prescriptions (medical authorization) via a user-friendly application
-Healthcare providers access the insured’s prescription and fill prices on the spot
-Healthcare providers and doctors fill authorizations based on their type/specialty and only access sections related to their role
-The medical authorizations filled by users are automatically sent to insurance company with all necessary details and claim amount

2- INSURED MOBILE INTERFACE

-Access his/her personal insurance information
-View number of available authorizations assigned to him/her
-Access doctor visits' history
-Ability to opt-in/opt-out in order to allow or disallow doctors to access visits history
-Access prescriptions' details
-View remaining days in order to proceed with the doctor prescription
-Ability to ask for the reactivation of an expired prescription
-Ability to search for healthcare providers
-Ability to view providers' pinned location on Google map
-Access contact details of provider with ability to call, send email, etc. …
