Completely useless app. Odisha govt is wasting taxpayers money like water in non performing assets which they are never going to use. Have added complaints for one of the BMC prime area 1.5 years back and seems like the complaint never reached the officer or they might have never logged into this portal. It's still in pending status. So, why launched this app? Why prioritizing "Go digital" if you are not following the same? Such a WASTE!!!

Too bad performance.. poorly designed and integrated with financial services.. do not try online payment using this app.. its very insecure. this app tests one's patience to the core.

In grievances page category and sub category column are yet to be functional. Resulting non filing of any suggestions or complaint. It may please be made functional to lodge grievances.
