The Bluetooth connectivity on the app is incredibly flakey. I got one ride to sync after messing with the app for 30mins. Next ride it just wouldn't work. The app doesn't connect to the device properly. Background sync is a joke. The app is a waste of time, easier to plug device into PC. Im glad the Rider 15 was cheap! If this is the way it works with their higher end models then Bryton is never going to compete with Garmin or Wahoo. Fix the app guys! The hardware is fine. Love the Rider 15!

Tired of this App lately. It has issues staying paired with Rider 15 it seems. From intermittent not showing notifications but more annoyingly it just stops downloading tracks. I have a 5 hr ride and can't download it, it stops at different % I restart App, no joy. Fed up now. Shame it used to work well but clearly isn't tested enough before release.

Unable to plan route on Rider 420. Been trying to use the app to plan a route on the Rider 420. Unfortunately it does nothing. Everything else seams to work fine, I can download a route created online or in Strava but not able to create one on the fly in the app. It will open the map but when I try to select point it does nothing. Please fix

Poor quality. Doesn't sync consistently. Customer Service get a minus. Completed update and other instructions. UUID reference not shown on phone Device Manager. Now only shows 'Rider 420' with a reference underneath. Pressing '+' shows 'loading' but then ceases with no pairing having taken place. I have re-input the UUID number to the web account - the phone and web account link (I deleted an old activity which sync'd successfully) but the UUID doesn't register on my phone. Thank you for your help. Now syncing again. The reason I commented on the customer service is that I have emailed three times over the last year or so regarding data comparison but never received an answer. The gradient shown on the device (which is correct) is vastly different to that uploaded. One time you had me cycling up 35%!!. Mostly it just shows a lower figure e.g. 6% when I know it to be 10 or 11%. How can this be rectified. All other data appears to be correct e.g. distance, time.

I would recommend it, but the last 4 rides i cant connect to the app. it says Facebook sign in is not available, and its says my email add. is not valid. when i try to sign up using my add, it says there is a accnt already made. Why cant i connect?????

I got Rider 750 and i try to upload track to my device but it doesnt shown at all in Follow Track. I've been watching the youtube instruction, but still not working. I try to upload .gpx file route from strava manually by USB, the file is there in rider 750 device, but once again it cannot be loaded (still empty). Please help to resolve this issue
