Try to use a coupon code & the app just goes to a blue screen & nothing happens. Hit the back button & the app closes, order is lost, you have to start again. I tried 3x and gave up.

You forced your customers to change to this stupid App, although a significant portion of your clientele in my area are elderly, and may not either have a smart phone, or know how to scan on one if they DO have one. Then, no where did it mention that this stupid bar code HAD to be scanned in promptly for credit for points. I'm sitting here with $52.00 worth of spending from our last trip to dine there, which would have put us well over the points needed to get a reward. Nope, "too old". Sucks!
