Strict NO NO for this app. Had very bad experience. No control over service partner. 3rd party service provider not ready to update bill details in app. They asked to pay more amount in personal account and customer care team provided full support. What's the use of app then? Service is poor. Stolen parts from the bike, came to know when serviced again in couple of days. Deliver will be done at midnight, no chance to check all the parts. They just simply trap you to get the money.

There is a deceptive ad on google when you search for mobile repair in Bangalore. This app shows a deceptive rating of 4.9/5 (1366). I am not sure how google allows this. Looking at the ratings I gave my phone for repair to Alphonic Mobile care. They called and said 4hrs return. That's why I decided to handover the phone. Now they are not answering calls. I have to go to work tomorrow without a phone...Can someone help?

It's a worst app.. it has no customer care... They took my bike to repair starting problem and servicing and suppose to deliver by the same day.. but after taking the they create lot of unnecessary parts list saying they are faulty... And charge you if you say to bring back the bike they say they already done service and I have to pay for it... There's no one to take care or give complaint to... And they punchered the bike also

This is a worst app possible... I have requested for a service from them on 07/09 for my oneplus 5 display repair. On 08/09 one of there partner called and took the phone, while taking the phone I asked him for a slip or a receipt but they said sir it will updated in your app within 5min and also I have asked for the repair cost so they said it will be told by the manager after the inspection and then they took my phone. This app don't even have the support and just not returning my phone.

I wish I could give a negative rating. The worst app I have ever seen in my life. They claim to provide a plethora of services. But the technician would never turn up once you place an order. There is no way to complain against the service provider. Worst app.

I had booked a bike service, the vendor contacted me and took advance amount, said within a week bike will be ready. It's been almost a month now still the bike is not delivered. Vendo was not receiving the call so got in touch with customer care, resolution what they gave not satisfactory m jus waiting for bike to be delivered so that I can delete this app. Please do not use this app. U don't get support from customer care. Pathetic experience.........
