This app represents a good idea, but a failure in implementation. At the dialogue to purchase virtual stamps, required in order to send an email, the app accepts a purchase method (credit card) but then hangs on "purchasing stamps." Also, when opening the app on a second device, the error message "inmate already exist" (sic) prevents one from proceeding.

I haven't been able to get into the app in over two months now. It doesn't even let me pass the loading screen. I get the notification that bugs have been fixed but I still am unable to even get into the app. This needs to be fixed. *Update the problem still hasn't been fixed. I still can't get into the app. It just keeps loading and not letting me in. I've uninstalled it many times. This app is terrible. How are we supposed to contact and visit our love ones with an app that doesn't work proper

Each time confusing which page, which direct place. Need simple basic clear page, which place. Gets Fed, County face. Confused. Never reply or return funds when it's site not clear. So 60$ Never returned. Phone calls for them, so confusing, too many reasons, directions, changes from first take over. Just expense, time get help. Differ in their reasons on issues. Charges, etc. Other too many this, that issues about a case , money deposits. Expensive services.

It was great in the beginning now all of a sudden none of my emails are going through. I'm receiving emails in a timely fashion but I'm spending money on stamps for emails that aren't getting received. Its aggravating!!!

I cant fund media or schedule vidio visitations so im going to call and see my options. But other than that it works pretty good i just dont like that it logs me out when i get a new message loke im logged in for days until a new message arrives but yeah good app for money trasfers video pictures and emails thank you for doing your best people.

I hate this app.runs slow letters aren't sending right away if sent at all.I sent one picture one time and ever since it won't even load the pictures to see them to send them it's so ridiculous&needs to be fixed!!Yeah after going through all the other comments,Nothing has been done so obviously costumer care/service isn't a thing.Is it because we are talking to inmates so no one gives a damn!!!I have friends with kids that need this to work and have for months fix the bugs/problems‼️‼️6/17/21‼️
